Recently I was at a workshop of No Logic Please (AKA NLP-Neuro Linguistic Programming) ;-). 
We were doing an excellent exercise on the circle of excellence. This is an excellent excercise to do whenever I need confidence. Takes about 13 mins roughly. So just download the audio from the
